Study gap 5 year with software engineer experience

hello all,
Please guide me proper.
My last master degree completed in 2012.
Then continue i have experience in IT field.
No any ATKT and backlog in my whole study duration.
12th = 76%
B.C.A = 61%
Master degree = 72%
Total gap is around 5 year.
So i want to apply for student visa for canada.
So , i am eligible? What's the problem during visa interview?

The issue is usually does the degree you are applying for make sense to add to your skill set and provide career advancement opportunities. If not it will be difficult to get the visa. I assume the actual reason for studying is to eventually obtain PR. I would probably suggest looking at immigrating via economic pathways. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/
