I submitted my application since Oct 17th up till now no change in application. Not even medical passed.

Hello,
Medicals take up to 8 weeks to pass.
For some people, it passes rather quickly but it does not affect the overall processing time of an application.
Unless something unusual happens, your file will be processed within 6 months.
Please do not stress over this.
I got PPR on the 178th day. Waited and stressed me to death and learned from that, no matter what you do, it will take as long as CIC is going to take.
