Who should write letters to address from Bangladesh?

Hi,
I want to know who should write letters to address from Bangladesh. Bangladesh no has Canada embassy that's why we applied through VFS or Visa Application center. They sent our file to High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

So, want to know which address will applicable to my forwarding letter applying for Canada visa from Bangladesh.
