Hi all,
My previous company, and current company provides only the date of joining and exit, and my position in the firm (which does not match word to word with the NOC) in the work experience letter.
They do not provide my compensation, job responsibilities, or manager's information.
Also, my manager is unable is provide anything else in company letterhead, as he is not authorized to do the same.

Suggestions on how to go about this?
Thanks a lot in advance!!

An employment detail/reference letter needs to have the duties for CIC to be able to process the NOC verification. It is likely that CIC will not accept it. However, there may be posts in this forum that might suggest alternatives. Few alternatives that come to my mind are:

1. Ask another senior/colleague to write you a reference letter on company letter head.
2. Get it in written, from your company that work history/employment verification letter does not come with job duties and attach that as proof in LoE stating that you are unable to provide official documentation
3. Try asking any colleagues if they would be willing to write you a reference letter mentioning job details on a letter and get that letter notarized (in some countries, getting a letter notarized might mean that the person signing the letter needs to do the signing in front of the notary person).

Thanks for your response. I do not think anyone other than Human Resources is authorized to provide anything on the company letterhead. I will look for option 3 (getting an affidavit/ notarized).

I would suggest going for option 2 + 3 in combination. Also, if your colleague can include their business card. Might add to your case. It would be best if this colleague were a senior in your team itself (someone who was in same team longer).

Also, search this forum more for such examples. As noted I am only trying to advise based on what I know best. I am not an immigration expert. There would be others who have been on similar if not same situation as you are facing right now...

all the best
