Work Permit application

Hi all,
My brother is a British citizen and has applied for a job in BC. The owner of the company he applied to has got back to my brother stating the company has been granted a positive LMIA. What would you suggest my brother do next? He is currently visiting family in Ontario, and wondering can he go to the Ontario peace bridge border to apply for a work permit for his job in BC.

If he goes to the border in Ontario, I suggest he first book a flight to BC. CBSA could cause problems for him if they think he doesn't actually intend to go to BC. Or he can just flagpole in BC when he gets there.

Is there anything else other than the flight confirmation to BC you suggest he takes with him; if he goes to the Ontario Boarder. Such as, LMIA approval, job offer, or a list of requirements that you might know of? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Of course he needs to bring the job offer and LMIA approval. That is clearly listed on the website.
