Thanks @Betula,Well, since I decided to pay the fee just like that, without prompting, I sent the receipt first through case-specific enquiry, then through email to the address provided. So I never had "action is needed" in my account. My account has looked the same since February.
because in my case, they sent me asking for the RPRF and requesting to send the receipt to an email address. Although I did what they said, I still can find (your action needed) in MYCIC. This is until I saw by accident that there is a button (view submitted application) in MYCIC, and when I presses it, I found that I should submit the new required documents there. I submitted the RPRF receipt and the RCMP criminal record also through this MYCIC.......after that the status changed from (Your action needed) to (Submitted).....I thought this will be helpful for others to know.
