Iraq PCC

I got a request to submit Iraq Pcc...
While am in dubai can i do the whole process in the iraqi consulate or is it only the fingerprint here then i have to authorize someone in iraq to do it
Does it have to be a family member i. Iraq to get it?
Please if you have done it share your procedure

in case someone google later Iraq PCC from dubai iraqi consulate in Dubai. that's what i found.

1)go to printing service shop named "on time" located near the consulate and get "power of attorney" document to authorize a person in iraq to follow the case on your behalf. 3 copies
2) another certificate to prove your are alive "hayat certificate" will be printed in the same shop. 2 copies
3)take both papers to iraqi consulate, and fill 3 pages form they will give you with lots of details..
4) finger print will be taken in the consulate...
5) you have to pay in US dollars around 30 USD, so get dollars in advance
6) if you are iraqi you have to take original "citizen ship card" plus "national identity card" plus original passport.. not sure if you are not iraqi what you should get.
7) i got all papers as above and will go to consulate to submit them sometime this week and do fingerprint...
hope they dont give any new surprise requests
