Hello Friends, I am currently working here in Canada in NOC A for last 1 year and my wife is working in India. My wife has applied for the TRV a couple of months back and it got refused. The Visa officer has given the grounds of refusal as below:

" Given your economic establishment, employment prospects, purpose of visit, travel history and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident "

i have submitted my wife's employment letter, pay slips, Income tax return for last 2 years, Marriage certificate, photographs of marriage, Wedding venue receipt and my wife's passport details.

I have my work permit for another 1 year, Can anyone please advise after how many days from refusal it can be reapplied and if any other specific documents I have to attach while reapplying. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

What were the exact refusal reasons/boxes that were checked?

It is not unusual to be refused a TRV in this situation.
1. Did you get married very recently? How long did she want to visit? Did your invitation letter state that you 'miss each other/want to spend time', etc?

2. What other ties can your wife prove to India: Does she own property/land? Or have a lease agreement in her name? Are her parents dependent on her financially? Does she have financial investments? Has she traveled abroad to other countries?

You can apply anytime if you can prove that you have overcome the TRV refusal reasons

First of all, Thank you so much for taking out your time and responding to my post.

I am not aware about the actual reason/check boxes as i have applied using a representative (law firm) and the mentioned reason in the refusal email was "Given your economic establishment, employment prospects, purpose of visit, travel history and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident "

Yes, I have got married in the month of May 2017. She want to visit for a month and half. Nope we have not mentioned anything like 'miss each other/want to spend time'. Do you advise if this kind of stuff can be mentioned in application.

I do not think so that she owns a property or a land in India. She do have a rental lease agreement where she is currently staying. No her parents are not financially dependent on her. Also the only investment she have is the government provident fund and few fixed deposits.

You can apply anytime if you can prove that you have overcome the TRV refusal reasons

You should request the law firm to scan/email the TRV refusal letter to you. That way you would know the exact refusal reasons which would help us to advise better.

"I am not sure what you meant specific here as to overcome the reason for refusal. Can you please advise"
For example: If IRCC has concerns that your wife does not have strong employment ties, then we can suggest documents to prove her employment ties = Better chances of an approval when you reapply
