Can multiple previous F1 (US student visa ) rejection cause any issues in canadian PR process ?

My F1 visa was rejected nearly 3 times way back in 2014. Then I started working in India and now I have applied for Canadian PR. My WES is complete , but will I face any problems because of my previous US student visa rejections ?

Why were you denied a student visa three times? It can have an effect depending on the reason(s) for the denials.

Provided you fully declare every refusal, no, it will not have any effect on your PR app.

You know they never provide a reason. Maybe m,y interview wasn't good. They gave me 214B everytime
Based on what the 214(b) signifies:

Section 214(b) of the United States Immigration and Nationality Act requires that Consular Officers must assume that every visa applicant intends to leave his or her home country and immigrate to the United States. The applicant must convey during the interview that this presumption of immigrant intent is not true.

Maybe you didn't demonstrate enough evidence that you will return to your home country after studying or that something was odd with your finances. This should have no effect on your Express Entry application. They are more concerned if your visa refusal is due to a security risk or a previous criminal record.
