Applied to IRCC before??

I have a Canadian WX-1 Worker Visa on which I traveled to Canada for a month more than 10 years back. The visa ofcourse is now expired and i did not travel to Canada on it ever again. I have two questions -

1. What should I answer to the question - "Has MYNAME applied to IRCC before?"

I am not sure if the worker visa is applied to IRCC or this question is only specific to PR applications made to IRCC before?

2. Do I mention this travel to Canada in the travel history even though its more than 10 years back.

You should say yes, and mention this in your travel history as well. They ask for all travel after the age of 18, right?

No, they ask for travels in the past 10 years OR from the age of 18 if your 28 or younger.
If it was more than 10 years ago no need to mention.
And you have to say "yes" to the question about applying to IRCC.
