My wife and my two children have thieir Visa until December 2018, my wife has Work Visa, so she is entitled for Work Permit until December 2018 so as my children. However when we landed at Toronto this September 2017. The Immigration Officers at the airport gave them Permits for only 6 months which will expire on March 14, 2018 because they did have Medical records/tests. They told us we should do medical test and apply for extension. We have done the medical tests and applied for an extension online. However the CIC Centre in Ottawa withdrew their application said with letter saying we dont need any document.

I serious need their Permits extended before March 2018 as my wife need to work beyond that. Can someone help me or advice how to resolve this matter before March 2018. Thanks.

The validity of their TRVs entitles them to nothing. TRVs do not grant status in Canada.

You applied for the extension way too early. Apply in February.
