I would like to know if express entry that is for PR and work permit can be applied in parallel?
My scenario - My employer will file for work permit in coming months and I would like to know, if I can start PR application on my own before it?

Yes, you can have PR and WP in parallel.

After submitting PR application, I applied for BOWP.
