once thru a canadian friend and twice thru immitracker

Anybody with good news from Bucharest?
Why are they so slow?

My file was just transferred to BVO this past Friday. Family Sponsorship.
App received Sept 8, AOR1 Oct 18.
I should not expect AOR 2, right?
Medicals done on Oct 26th, passed on Nov 1st.
Schedule A and PCC uploaded on Oct 25th.

We did not receive AOR 2 from BVO
But we received an email from CIC Mississauga saying the file has been transferred, about 1 month after we noticed 'we started processing your application'

We are Feb 2017 applicants, last update was medical in July and nothing since

Check your Ecas. It will show something like we start process your application on.....

This date consider to be AOR 2

Our starting process in 14 Sept and then nothing from them. I am thinking seriously to apply visit visa for my wife to come here as I can see this will take for ever

I can' see even single person got PPR from this VO

Good idea, I would have done if I knew it would take such a long time!

My Ecas now just has 3 lines: app received, we sent you correspondence and medicals received.
I guess the missing one is "we started processing your application..." Maybe next month, if you say they are so slow..
I am the sponsor, we are both living outside Canada, it makes things a bit easier...

Hope to see some movement soon, for all our sakes!

From your timeline, I am guessing that Bucharest has not yet received your app from Mississauga or received it but no yet started processing.

Ours have been like that for almost 4 months, we have another line 'we sent you correspondence after we received your application'. Thats when Mississauga requested PCC and Sch A

My MP calls every month for a status update but everything remains the same.

I ordered notes in Sep, it shows that BGC, criminality and eligibility has not yet started. Updated in March

Our application was just transferred on 10/11/2017 on BVO Let's hope that they'll start moving and we'll have some news soon.
