1. I was wondering if my one-year obligatory military service can be accounted as a work experience? and if yes what should be written on it?

1. Was your military work full-time and paid for? Does this correspond to a NOC? If yes, then you can claim points for this.
2. Yes, any part-time work can be part of your work experience as long as you accept the fact that those work carry less weight when counting the duration of work.
