i got my BC PNP fast as it was online
it took i think 3-4 months
then i applied federal in july paper based
now i was a bit confused should i do pre medical ?

No dnt be in a hurry to get upfront medical. Not to dishearten u but as of now the processing time is 17 months and medical is only good for one year. At least wait until next year june to send medical. That way yu will be safe that you will get PPR in a year from medical date.
If they decrease processing times next year. Then it will be a different story and a good one at that!!
