Same thing happened to many people...dont wrry....i know june july applications are very slow...compared to other months...and this wait is definately frustrating...
Not any great progress....but atleast two applicants from 14th july have got it...yesterday
I called them yesterday guys to ask for the location of my case file. The agent told me it was in Ottawa and that I was APPROVED!. Got the magic email today 
Timeline:
AoR: July 27th
MEP: August 30th
And as my previous thread; it didn’t change to IP2 till I got the email.
