So I've noticed that a lot of people have received AOR2 already (mainly around Oct 10 I've noticed) but I have yet to have gotten it. My ECAS still just says "received" and not "started to process." My GCKEY still says "we will send you a message when we start your background check." Im getting very concerned as to why that is. Here's my timeline:

App received July 26th
AOR1: Sep 1st
Schd A/PCC Request: Sep 1st
SA: Sep 11th
Medical Request/Medical Passed: Sep 11th/Oct 6th

Is anyone else stuck where I am?

You wait..LVO is slow and busy, not uncommon to not hear anything for months.

The same thing happened to me last night! My ecas had an extra line saying they sent correspondence requesting info on Sept 25. However, the only request we received from them was Sept 24 for police clearance and sched A. We uploaded those a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping that's what they're talking about??!!

Looks like a bunch of us got this new line in ECAS.. Most likely the police check request.

I'm waiting also. The only request from my husband so far has been sched A/police certificate. Port Au Prince visa office for us.

Same here. I have already submitted my PCC and Schedule A. Seems like there system is behind.

So does that mean that the background check has started if it says " We started processing your application on October 20th". That's what I have on my 2nd line on Ecas .

no, it means that your local VO has received the application and are working on it.. this is considered AOR2

1. Primary Applicant status is in process. Is that means file is in local visa office? M asking because I have not received aor2 and all pcc, medical, bgc form are submitted.

2. I can’t inquire about my file, my representative can. My question is can I request for GCM notes? Or only representative can do it????
