It took ours at least 50 days.. it has to go to a medical processing center where an approved doctor/employee looks at the results and says passed or not. Also I dont think havana is electronic..so the paper copy must be picked up and scanned.. it sucks..but not much we can do :(

Mine took about 50ish days from medical exam to change to passed.
