Hii on 29th sep i send mail to NDVO asking about my application processing reach where.
Today i got reply,
Dear applicant,
This is in response to your following email query

Please note that your file is in queue for a final review. There is currently no action required on your part. We will contact you as soon as the review is complete. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

In all correspondence with our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth, and file number.

Please include all your questions in a single message.

In order to serve all clients better, we are not able to reply to multiple messages from the same client.

Last reply by NDVO in august was ur file is pending review by visa officer and today email say ur file is queue for final review.
I am april 20th applicant bcg stated on 10th october .So i can hope for dm and ppr when.
Anyone got like this reply recently.
Thanks.

Hey, you are at the final stage possibly RFV (Ready for VISA) section. It is pretty evident in the email that it is pending a final review, possibly with a CBO (Canadian-based Officer). From what I have seen so far, you are good.

There is a general hibernation state with NDVO. If you check the consolidated sheet @ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...wZbXo73hsxoXaLSJ5-tcm7qnJI/edit#gid=515762555

There is only 2 dms issued in October and no dms in November 2017. There is definitely a hold-up as they are nearing the year end, possibly clearing 2016 and early 2017. One other thing, the members we see in our forums is only a % of all applicants. What we dont know, we dont know :)
But hopefully, there is a bulk approval impending soon :)

Take care and all the best!

Hey everyone,

So I just sent our application today! All that stress and triple checking the files and forms is over. Now the stress of waiting. Yay.

Just curious if this is the forum I can join? I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my husband from India. So I am assuming that it will be directed to the New Delhi office. Is that okay to join along here and add my details as they become known?

And one other question.. Please fill me on on anything I need to know like abbreviated words, I have googled some to find out but maybe I am missing a few. And anything else you have for me!

Excited but scared for this next step!

Welcome to the Group! Your file will be assessed for completion of all required documents in Mississauga; if there's anything missing e.g. signature on a form; your whole file will be returned. If your file is complete; you will get AOR1 (Acknowledgment of Receipt); indicating your file has been accepted for processing; this is taking about 4-6 weeks. Next, you will receive a email from IRCC asking you to link your online account on GCKEY, here you will find a request to upload your Applicant's Schedule A and PCC; the request letter and upload button does not always show up on GCKEY; so you might have to contact IRCC via call centre or webform to let them know so they can either activate it for you or tell you another method of sending this information.

Next, you will receive your SA (Sponsor Approval) email; Lastly, Mississauga might issue the medical request or New Delhi might; for many of the 2017 Applicants; we got our medical request from Mississauga from March and onward; not sure if Mississauga is still sending the medical request. Overall, your file will spend about 1-2 months at Mississauga. Once Mississauga receives all required documents and the requested information; your file will be transferred to New Delhi.

Currently, it is taking about anywhere from 2-7 months to get DM (Decision Made) and PPR (Passport Request) from New Delhi. - This is where it becomes completely silent for months and months.

New Delhi is where your relationship will be assessed and Applicant's PR portion will be assessed; if they have any doubts, they will ask for additional documents (e.g. more pictures) or might put you in Interview Queue.

Hope this helps!

Did the officer recommended interview in your GCMS notes. Two of the forum members @rabbitpriya and @SBRB are January applicant and their interview is scheduled on Nov 15.. Since you being April applicant can expect interview in Jan or Feb..

Hi Steller,
Who is other member in the forum who has interview on November 15. Please, can you share their name.

Thank you
