Waiting for medicals for Work Permit

Hi,
I am a software engineer. I have submitted me and my families' work permit on September 24th, 2017 . We have been assigned UCI but no invitation for medicals as of now. When I submitted , it showed 8 weeks as processing time for WP but now its increased to 14 weeks. So should I wait for 14 weeks to ask clarification or can I seek answers after completion of 8 weeks?

P.S. We have completed our medical examination and have the number which I can submit immediately they ask for it.

Anything I can do to speed up the process?

Yesterday I got the CIC medical invitation for Work permit in my profile. Good part is I have already completed my medical examination beforehand. But I am not getting any option to upload the documents in CIC web site. How should I upload?

I applied online using CIC web site.
I submitted WP details on September 24th_2017 , got medical invitation on Novemeber 10th_2017.

My lawer submitted august 16 2017, in canada,

Cic call center stated that my aplication is with delhi visa office,
Submitted medicals october b4 it was requested,

No reply yet from NDVO

I am in India. Which CIC number can I call to clarify my question?
Also how you resubmitted medical details in October after you have submitted in August?
