Express entry profile rejected after two days

Hi

I tried creating my own express entry profile, after two days I got a message I am not eligible. Got a pdf document with express entry candidate number. Do I need to put the same number again while creating express entry profile on CIC when asked have you ever applied for express entry, if yes please put unique Id number and express entry number?

Secondly, to create profile in express entry is 7 in all a must requirement, without that are we not eligible to create express entry?

What happened in those two days? Did you change information on your profile?
