Questions about spousal sponsorship documents

My first question is if there is anything special I have to do with our marriage certificate. She is Korean, and I am Canadian, but we are getting married in Australia since we're on working holiday visas together. CIC's website says "A copy and a certified translation of your Marriage Relation Certificate" under Korean documents, but given our circumstance we won't be using a Korean marriage certificate. My second question is regarding the country she is applying from. We are in Australia, but will be going to Korea in 2 months. We want to start this process now, but not have to come back to Aus. Can she apply from Korea since our visas here are just temporary residence visas anyway? Coupled with that question, do I still state my residence as being in the States since that is my domicile? Thanks guys

Your fiancé would be considered Korean and the case sent to the respective visa office for that area. As for the marriage certificate if it is in English you do not have to worry other than notarizing the copy. The validity of the marriage is all they are after.

Thank you, but for her current country of residence should I put Australia, since we will still be here for a month after we submit these documents? I want to be sure that if she needs an interview it is in Korea and not Australia.

Yes you would put Australia as her current country of residence. Really you are just a visitor in Australia so your case will be processed in the visa office for Korea. CIC has a new system where they balance out the work load so on rare occasions files can be sent to any visa office in the world for processing but your interview should be back in your area. Interviews are not held as often as people think unless there are red flags in your case that you did not address.
