no usually when your application is returned after their review, that means they checked everything and they will point out if anything is missing and that's it. Now since September they updated some forms, make sure to send them the updated forms and check everything again.

I have to disagree on this. As soon as they find one mistake, they do not check rest of the application and send it back. I am a sponsor and i forgot to sign a form. I forgot to write place of of birth for my wife's mother and date of birth for my wife's father on IMM 5406 and did not even country specific form (Supplementary Travel Information). They just said that they are returning my application because i did not sing a sponsorship form. they did not even mention about IMM 5406 or supplementary travel information form. So, You need to be careful and go through each and every thing again. For forms, I would suggest to read instruction carefully and use guide line to fill out the form. All the best.

i actually missed to write the address of one of the family member assumingly. Is it mandatory to write the names in the native language as well ? in all the travel docs and identity documents ,the names are in english

I did not write name in native language on IMM 5406, I got my AOR. Don't worry, you will be fine.

We received a message on ECAS stating "we sent you correspondence on October 24th if you have not yet provided the information or requested documents, please do so as soon as possible." Our AOR1 was received on October 23rd, we have uploaded Schedule A and Police certificate on October 25th, and got my SA on October 27th. Anyone in the same boat? is it something to worry about, or is it just one of those automated messages for Schedule A? Thanks

You don't have to mail Schedule A to Missisauga by EMS, the Principal Applicant need to link his or her application and upload PCC and Schedule A. Check the thread on how to link your application. Hope this helps you.

That is not completely true because i had my application returned to me once and they actually checked and highlighted the things i was missing. I think they have few steps that they follow and their first step is to review for missing signatures and important stuff and yes if they find something is missing there, they won't review further and return your package. but if there was nothing missing there and they start their review they will review your whole package and then they decide if they need to return your file or not for mistakes such as wrong addresses or other stuff that they didn't catch in their initial review. so in your case, your file was returned in their initial review that is why they didn't catch your other mistakes because probably an officer didn't review your application in detail.

yes! Thank you very much! I just upload Sched A and Police certificate online on GCkey. It show that I upload successful. So, are there any email from Miss to confirm that they got it ? Thank you!

We got an email staying a decision had been made for the sponsorship application. When I check online it just says decision made. They have now asked for my husbands medical clearance. So I can assume the decision made is a positive one correct? Where can we check the specific answer? Also did anyone link their sponsorship application? Or did you guys just link the PR application?
