Hi guys and to all May 2016 applicants, i just did my flag poling today to activate my PR omg its been a long journey guys coz i am here in Canada working as work permit since Feb 2014...yahooooo!!!!!! Thanks God everything went smooth, i would also like to thank the beautiful asian lady officer who assisted me in the border of Regway Canadaand also to all of you who are in this thread... Thanks be to God!! im now officially a PR and i am signing off in this forum

April 20 applicant, ainp,2 dependants. just got ppr
Not sure how long it takes to get my passports back.
Do you guys know how soon should I expect my passports back when we submit them? How long will it take to land? I know it can be done in Calgary downtown, but it's there a queue?

Also, I'm thinking to ask for a refund for my work permit extention since i just asked for the bridge wp and the application is soon in progress. I might need to wait until I land before request for a refund

how did you get informed? an email first or just check cic? ppr should be around 24days to back to you, no more than a month normally, my friend did landing in downtown too, he told me he made an appointment and not very long time(im not very confirmed). In my knowledge, flag poling is faster than in-city landing,hope the best.

How many days passport takes to return after stamping?

Thnx. Mine doesnt clearly say that. It says security is being checked. And capl centre agent said BG check is in process. I am ok with the wiat. At least they should give some kind of vlwar information and a date

I think security is a part of bg check... most probably this is the last step... they will not give u any date or any kind guess they will just say wait we will contact you...

Yes I think there were 4 PPR atleast reported in this group. That means it doesn't always come on friday. they can issue any time. Hope for the best.

I got an email. My cic account shows still the same. Reviewing eligibility and in progress. But the email with passport request came.
