Time for ITA

After creation of Express entry profile when you become part of the pool , how long does it take to get an ITA considering your CRS is above 460 ?

But many people keep waiting even though they have a good score , their name does not come up in some draws .. So I thought it takes 4-5 draws maybe ..because of the number of people in the pool

If the score is equal or above the cut off of the draw they will receive an ITA. No one waits. Where did you hear about people waiting? I created my profile two days before the draw and got invitation straight away.
