You have to apply for SINP EE when their intake will open. It can open 2-3 times more till Dec. In addition, Jan. First week is a fix date for opening.

The International Skilled Worker – Express Entrysub-category of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has reopened for ----- new applications, presenting an opportunity for eligible candidates in the government of Canada’s Express Entry immigration pool to apply for a provincial nomination without needing a job offer.

A successful application for a provincial nomination under the SINP International Skilled Worker – Express Entry sub-category, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis, results in 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points being awarded and an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence being issued during a subsequent draw from the pool.

The last time this sub-category was in late July, when the intake of 600 new applications was filled within days — a common feature of this popular Canadian immigration category.

Thank you so for such a comprehensive answer. Let me explain, in EE I selected NOC for a lecturer which is my current job. Moreover, in above mentioned codes I have experience of community service and social work. Can i choose this code for PNP, as i am actively engaged in it too.
Plz suggest and guide.
Thanks in advance.

NOC 4212 is regulated in SINP and takes min. 2 months to get license. Your 70 % job duties must match with their mentioned job duties about that.

This NOC is also in NSNP Demand list. And non regulated. Category B demand EE is also non job offer required category. And much faster than SINP. Many SINP EE Jan Feb applicants are still waiting for Nomination. NSNP provided within few weeks. In addition , NOC 4021 is also there . More suitable to you. Check it.

P.S. - you have to change your CIC EE profile JOB NOC according to PNP NOC in which you want to apply.

Once again many thanks. I Checked NSPN, it is closed now. There is another query, while filling up EE profile, in provinces choices , i selected option all provinces just to enhance the chances.
Is it a good idea or not...?plz keep updating me if possible about any chance in PNP.
The other Q, how to apply for the licence? Is there any particular procedure? Is it different for different provinces?
Thank you.
