Which is your Visa office? Send reminders through email and CSE regularly to your VO.

CSE = Case Specific Inquiry or Web Form

I think there is some problem. Manila is the fastest VO. Generally provides Visa after 6 months of AOR.

If ever there is a problem, should they be contacting me? thru mail? or Email? I sent my Follow up email here: MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca but like I said no reply until now. should I use NOW the IRCC Web form to follow up? given that my medical was submitted 9mos ago? or should I wait more? Thank you very much!
