Proof of funds held in joint account with my mother

Hi,

I am holding a joint account with my mother which contains all the required funds.
Now could somebody please advise what kind of declaration etc I can submit along with the letter from bank to proof that the funds belong to me and i can use it for my immigration.

Would not be wise to use that fund at all.
Since she is not an applicant, it will only complicate things.

The CIC logic is the money should be yours. put yourself in their shoes "why would that person have a bank account with their mother who's not going if the money is his?"
The point of proof of funds is to be sure YOU have the money. Just having a name on a bank account isn't reason enough.
