London office time for visa after paying Perm Residence Fee

Nomination from Saskatchewan September 27, 2016.

File sent to Nova Scotia Canada on October 15, 2016.

CIC received file October 24, 2016.

Got AOR from Canada CIC on January 11, 2017.

Background checks in progress February 02, 2017.

Got medical + rprf + bio page of passport February 14, 2017.

Medical passed February 22, 2017 and documents sent to London which were received by them on February 28, 2017.

Background checks were not applicable on April 03, 2017 and after three days turn again into progress on April 06, 2017.

Received reply of an email sent to London office about my file on April 07, 2017 stating " you will be contacted in coming days with instruction for next step to process your permanent resident application"

Still waiting for next step...

Hi guys!
I got the nomination from Manitoba and applied last Jan 2017 for PR. CIC started processing my application on March and I did Medical last July 2017 and passed, paid RPRF too assuming that it will expedite my application. My question is, how long do London office usually take to issue passport request? It’s been 3 months now. My online stat says no request for more docs not background checks. Anyone here who has similar timeline and experience? Pls. Advise and i hope you don’t mind sharing. I’m willing to join a groupchat who has same concern that i hv. Hello, same journey and timeline as mine.
Got nominated by Manitoba also, done my medical and passed July 2017 with request from London visa office. Paid RPRF too, but no word from them till now. We cant predict what's going on. Let' keep keeping waiting for some goodnews soon. Patience is the key.
