What Have U done? i mean did u make errors on feeling form or..?

That application mention "do you have visa refusal any other country" i mention my application "no". But already i had a visa refusal with usa. Thats the reason ban for five years. I have another oportunity apply visit visa to usa through lions club.can i apply for it.

With This 5 years u can not apply for any form of Canadian visa. but for usa u can apply again but make sure that u have declared ur visa refusal in the form.

I was only banned in Canada but I have applied for US tourist visa and medical visa after the ban and I was denied

You were denied to enter the US as they share data with Canada and they found out you are banned. This was more than likely the reason you were refused.

Your only option at this time is to apply for a TRP if you want to enter Canada. TRPs are difficult to get and you must have a pressing reason to be in Canada. If you simply want to visit - you can expect the TRP to be refused.
