Representative's Submission Letter

Hello All

My wife and I applied for Permanent Residence Application alone without the help of any representative.I submitted e-APR on Oct 29,2017,Today,I received a message in my account from IRCC that in order to continue with the review of application form,I need to submit "Representative submission letter:Letter from paid representative" within 7 days.

Is there anybody else also who had received the same message even in the absence of use of a Representative.Can you please tell what should be my next course of action.Should I just state on blank paper that as ' I've not used any representative;thus i have not uploaded any such documents" and upload the same.

I hope to receive some advice soon.

could you have possibly answered yes to the "representative" field? Maybe added your spouse's info?

I selected 'No' in Representative Field.My main concern is I've not received any message to fill IMM5476 form which usually people get rather they had asked me to submit Paid Representative Letter even when I have not used any agent.

Have you heard anything like this..your reply will be appreciated..
