Great Glad to know that waiting still may be withdraw too if it won't arrive as i have to plan alternate for December and some business plans as well in end of November :(
My recommendation is to email and ask them for Passport withdrawl. Keep yur work and travelling going. Leave your case in processing. Thats what i decide and got.

Have you ever been Refused Visa or Permit, Denied entry or order to leave canada or any other country?

Does this question applied only on Canada or on any other visas as well if you even ever refused? as i was checking forms today so found that mistake which i guess done by my agent he tick on NO but in reality once i was refused visitor visa for Holland however i got it back in next week in re apply and my wife refused UK visa but he tick no on it does it offense? what can be done now as i was not aware about this question i just checked and it came in my knowledge that may be he forgot or made mistake to mention visitor visa refusal in this form please advice and help me out what and how fast i can ask them to add these details in my application which i submitted on 8th september from Karachi VAC

Send a Case Specific Enquiry + email to the Abu Dhabi and Islamabad visa offices (and maintain records of your communication). You must say that inadvertently your travel agent had incorrectly answered this Background Question + give the details of your visa refusal for Holland/UK + mention that you realized this mistake only now when you collected your application copy from your travel agent + you are declaring this mistake on your own and IRCC has NOT asked you for this information + you deeply regret not verifying the application form which your agent had prepared

thanks for your quick reply but can you please tell me how to contact them and how to email like where to send email regarding this and which form to use to explain and what other things to mention in letter like application number or tracking number and passport?

as abudhabi only accept webforms no email they read and ISB reads email so what to do where and which emails to send and which web form to use

You must send the email to the Abu Dhabi visa office. Yes, they do reply to emails. Don't bother emailing the ISB visa office as they don't handle TRV apps.

thanks Email sent and web form also done fingers are crossed :( surprised how i missed it and how i trust blindly on agent filling form he is still saying it is a minor stuff and nothing happens i was like what the hell

Deat UB , i have got the same reply upon my passport withdrawl request from abu dhabi.
But please clarify one thing , you are so good in english and have good sense of understanding then why you give your precious information to travel agent. I mean i am applying the visas from the last ten years and only once i did mistake but that was a spelling error. I always follow the embassy’s checklist and complete the requirements for me and my family. I have never taken any help from any agent Alhumdulillah.

bro this time i had some issues with time management i was in UAE for business so i used agent and it is a second time in life i use agent and again i can see a blunder happen before that due to agent family visas was refused from UK even they asked for documents which never exists :( but this one is surprising how i missed to read forms and submit it next day i am wondering before that i applied all my self never faced such issue second time used agent and got stuck let see if they update or respond i submitted already but got a lesson do everything yourself no more agents in life anymore

I just realized:
Have you appointed your agent as your representative? Did you sign the 'Use of Representative' form? If that's the case, you must ensure that your agent sends the CSE and email to the Abu Dhabi visa office because IRCC will not reply to you/all communication with IRCC must be from your agent

No i Didn't mention or sign any representatives stuff so is it all ok like i send email? And they will respond ke back?
