Open Work Permit submitted along with spousal sponsorship

I have applied for open work permit along with my spousal sponsorship. I have received the UCI number and the application number for spousal sponsorship, but i have not received my OWP its been 9weeks since i have submitted.

Can anyone help me or guide me how to go forward

It takes about four months on average to process the OWP

Four months thats pretty long.
I have linked my spousal application on my online account, but i am not able to link my work permit UCI to my online account, any advise how to link ???
