One more Question @spyfy

I cam canada in feb 201 as worker and till i got PR in 2015 i got 3-4 work permit extension
in section 9b) do I need to fill Status as worker one time or as many times my work permit extended ?
also in this status section Do i need to mention my "permanent resident" status in one row from feb 2015 till the date I am signing the application (or we do not need to fill any row for PR status)

in section 9c) Do I Need to mention all my vacation and my home country visit again which I already filled in physical presence calculator ?

I would appreciate if someone can help me giving some advice. I sent application for citizenship last week and probably it is not delivered to CIC yet. I have lived in USA for more than 183 days cumulative in last 4 years but never continuously for more than 183 days and in my application I answered No instead of Yes. I can get Police clearance from USA. I tried contacting Canada Post not to deliver the mail and they said it is Federal Offense to Stop the mail in between. What shall I do about this?

If I were in your place, I would get my Police clearance ready. If while they check your application and see that's missing, they'll send back your application anyway to add that, at least it'll be quick then. If they let it through all the way to your test time, then take it with you to the test and they'll check it then (hoping that it's within the 6 month validity of the PCC). Good Luck!

- Can I claim time for the time I spent as visitor? Like right when I arrived in Canada on visitor visa before getting the temporary resident permit
- Is protected person status time credit start from the date I finished my court hearing? The judge gave the decision on that day but the letter didn't arrive for another month

put those dates in the on line residency calculator, that will be the official answer and will show you whether you can claim them or not

When you are providing dates, try and be in flow with the dates. Start with the present and follow the dates, even if they overlap.
