Hi all,

I'm reading so many posts that you guys have all heard back from CIC. I mailed in all documentation before the deadline of August 4th and have not heard anything back..... I'm panicking. Are they going down the list or have they lost my applications?? Arghhhh. Even when I go to online services it says that they cannot identify me :S

I applied for my mother and father on 26th July in the first round.

I have not received nay correspondence from CIC yet.I am also completely in the dark.
No AOR and no approval.I have been checking my e-mail everyday but I have not received anything.

Can look my file up online on ECAS or something else because i have the UCI for my parents from a prior application.

Please Help

Have you received anything yet? I have not heard anything and I'm worried. Even using the online tool nothing comes up to say they have received it or processing

did you link your application?on ours, it shows there dependent.

Congratulations, nice to see some movement which has been stagnant for almost 3 months in most cases from the first lot, after files are sent to LVO's ; hopefully others will start receiving similar requests. To answer your question, my guess is it must be for both your Mom & Dad. Any idea about medicals ?? Which office was your file sent to ?

No Update about medicals yet. File was sent to London Office.

It must be for both but still unable to link application so can't verify.

I got it too. for your q 2, I didn't check it but the letter you receive would clearly ask for police cert for your both parents.

Letter just mentions for Police certificateS. Nothing else. it could be because of multiple countries too or for 2 applicants too.

If you were selected in first batch that was in March-April time frame your number won't appear in selected list anymore. The list now only shows the results from second lottery that was held in July-August time frame.

I am still waiting for the AOR and the online tool is just showing "Application Received". I've called them a couple of times but they just asked me to wait.

it was a loooong process with lots and lots of errors. For me it worked by using 4 people(2 sponsored+2 sponsors) Application number, and nothing for country and city of birth. if you don't fill both it won't give you the error that you must fill in.

Hi, I sent my parents application in June and was asked for payment fees confirmation later which I sent in August but still I haven't received AOR. Is this normal? Is anyone else in the same situation?

I got an additional DOC request from LVO for my parent's file.

They have asked for :

• Original Police Certificates for both my father and mother.
• Medical for my father only. (My mother had her medical done in August 2017 for Super visa, which she already got) so i am just wondering, are they going to use that medical for her?) - It doesn't make sense to me as Super Visa and Permanent Residence are two different things.

Any help for point number 2 is appreciated.

nope, I didn't do Super visa, waiting PPR but my friends did

Mine is also same number as yours (2 Sponsored + 2 Sponsors) but still didn't able to link mine. It just don't proceed without filling in City of birth and Country of birth, and when I filled those two things as well it just can't find anything. what browser did you tried, remember?
BTW - mine was delivered on 29July 2017 and I got AOR on 28Aug.
