My qeustion is, what does message 1 mean? Have i not met elegibility requirements? Also, has my background check started at all considering there tone of message? Please seniors i need your guide & response an confused.Thanks.

Well in my case my eligiblity has passed according to my gcms notes a long time ago, yet like you number 1 shows as yours still in progress.
probably you have met eligibility requirements cause i applied on jan 28 2016 and mine is passed already in 2016, same is i think true for you.

Hi Guys, What is counterfoil and return tracker is the envelope which we send along with main envelope?

the landing process has changed drastically. i remember i was with a friend in border and we had to wait like 2 hrs or more where there was 2 more people in waiting. I landed 28oct17 the process have been very easy. just take the passport with the document cic sent you thats it. dont stress about taking anything else. i took the pr application form and photo which is NOT required. it took me 5 min max in waiting and I was done through the process. it was a Saturday late afternoon, they lady didn't felt like congratulating me. well who cares.

Note: must have all expired document to surrender at the POE
