Does anyone know during what time of the year PNP programs open for all the 9 provinces? Or they dont have a fixed time? Do they have any eligibility comparisons?

Any info is appreciated.

Yes I am also searching for links to follow...I have been to many consultants and almost everyone had some new info to give.

i hope someone can answer this.
Seems like most or all PNP requires you to have a job offer.
How to meet that requirement before reaching canada?

or those guys getting into the PNP are already in canada?

One of my co-worker was working in the company that located in US. The company also has offices in Canada. He found an internal position in that company in Canada and applied through PNP.
