"Our system is currently unavailable" error when trying to link my application

Hi all,

I am trying to link my paper application to my online account. But after entering all the information, I am getting the below error:

"Our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

My application type is Family sponsorship (Spouses)

Anyone else is getting the same error?

Hi , I have applied for employer specific work permit visa on 3rd october 2017 by paper application. Now Iam unabe to link my paper application to online on cic website. It shows the msg "Our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I have tried several no. of times on different browsers. Please help me with this. I am not able to see my visa status in real time. I require to know it as soon as possible. Please help in this regards.
