Hello All,
I sent out the application back in February and was received on Feb 7th. I am tired of all this waiting.
Got an email on March 3rd initially that the file has been transferred to New Delhi for further processing but the online application states that they started processing the application on October 03, 2017. Not sure what does that even mean and what was going on with the file for the last 7 or 8 months.
Need help please.

sounds like they've started processing your application at NDVO.
They more than likely started it before October 3rd. but there is no way of knowing. It's a good sign that they've updated it.

Friends one question if some one have two marriages. How will he include both wives in his application simultaneously?

Currently the immigration case of first wife is in process along with principal applicant, while applicant has made second marriage too and now wants to include the case of his second wife too in his current existing file. is it possible to include second wife's case too in your application? As I believe Canada does not allow to keep two wives simultaneously.

Lastly, if he is not allowed to include second wife and he wants to exclude his first wife and include his second wife in his current existing application, how possible and will be done? Thanks for expert suggestions.

Not an expert, but I know he has every right to drop the application for the first wife for any reason. He would then have to completely re-apply for the second wife. As far as re-applying to be a sponsor, I'm sure he will have to resubmit all the information. There isn't a way to "include his second wife in his current existing application." since that application stands for the first wife.

Overall, I believe he might have an issue with proving relationship (genuine/status/history) with multiple wifes since they ask for proof of these things and dates regarding them. No idea though. Never read anything like this before on here.

Guys need Help !!!! My medical was done in 27th July...but still they are reviewing my medical result.Even my BGC started in 30th August.Still my ECAS status showing "In Process".What should I do now???....I once send them letter through IRCC Webform for delaying medical request.After that I got medical request. So confused and worried.

No...not yet They just updated my medical status...that i passed.After 3 months later they updated my medical result.Hoping for the best now !!!

Seems that inland take more time than outland...they picked it up really late...good luck!

Thank you...I might as well call CIC and ask...

I called the CIC and they told me categorically that unless sponsor's and applicant's status changed, for example you get divorced, then you can submit additional docs to VO...NO additional pictures or boarding passes for trips that occurred after application is submitted to be sent to VO.

They also told me that unless you filled in the form IMM_5476E_Use of representative where the sponsor is assigned as a authorized representative for disclosure of applicant's file progress, CIC is not going to disclose Applicant's part to the sponsor, it's progress and any information pertaining to the applicant's file. The sponsor in the absence of this signed form is only eligible to know the Sponsor's information (approval of the sponsor status).
