Post ITA profile submission and PPR timeline

I received the PPR mail twice. Is it a reminder mail or is it due to system glitch? I am not sure, i got it once on 30th October, then again on 31st October.
Hi Folks
I have received ITA for EE, I got my highest qualification certified by ICES, now I need to upload my other academic certificates, can I just scan and upload all my remaining certificates or they need to be attested by notary or someone else before uploading?

There is no update in my time line since the submissions
It looks like this
Permanent Residence
Please note that I had my interview in March 2018 and they said I am accepted just waiting for background check
Any idea why there is no update in the time line and how long background check takes???

What ITA /AOR stand for??

AOR - Acknowledgement of receipt.
Did you apply online? Under what category? There is no fixed timeline for BG check. It may take more or less depending on individual cases. Better is to order GCMS case notes and check how it is progressing.
