PR and Student visa

Hello Pals

My self Jay Panchal, a member from canadavisa forum. I am in very critical situation of making a decision on what to opt either Student Visa in Ontario or PR in Saskatchewan. Below is the case:

I am a Feb'17 applicant of SINP with NOC 1225 which was later removed in Apr'17. After removal of NOC and the scenario of rejection of files of removed NOC applicants, I started losing hopes in my case also. For getting a status i had sent several request mails to SINP but got a generic reply everytime.

Hence I opted for student visa, had given IELTS and got an offer letter from Centennial college for 1 year PG course in project management for Sept17 intake.

Still I never left the hope from SINP and deferred my admission to Jan18 intake and decided to get married in Dec17 to avoid later delay after reaching to canada.

Till the time I did not receive a single mail from SINP and made up my mind to go with student in jan18. Now the situation is I have received an ADR request mail from SINP integrity unit (which they have sent to same to almost all the candidates from Feb'17) and before that i had paid college fees and GIC.

I have sent the requested docs to SINP and still waiting but no updates. Further I had left my job in Apr17 due to some unavoidable circumstances at that time. Passing through a very tough time of life and want to go to Canada as soon as possible.

How much time will be taken by SINP is never known and now what to do with my student file is also very critical decision to be taken. I haven't yet filed my student visa for Jan18 intake.

I would be highly obliged if you could extend your kind support in making my decision. I am getting mixed responses from my friends, relatives and consultants. In total confusion state now and to add to this, there's not at all happiness of getting married too.

Again request you to help in the same.
Hope the case is cleared.

P.S.
My CRS is 403.
I have 45 months of full time experience in Project management in MNC.
I have one bachelors of engineering degree and a PG diploma in business management cerificate.

You have 403 CRS points . Means an intelligent guy.
provincial nomination is now the single most valuable factor within the system. It is the golden ticket to Canada.
Most probably the Nomination work will be completed by the end of this year.
Even after completing studies, it will be difficult to get Visa for 2-3 years. A lot of stress together.
Now you have to take the final decision.

Hello
Thanks for your advising words.
Should I defer my admission in May'18 intake till the time.?
If I get the job after my study there, can I get the extension of my work permit and in the mean time apply in OINP?

Just one comment on your study permit plan if you have 45 months project management experience already then applying for a PM course might be a challenge to justify your intentions and that you will learn anything else about PM , just saying and others can comment as well you maybe lucky only IRCC can say.

Once you get married you must of course ensure that you notify IRCC of your change in status.
