ECA validation

Can some one help me here. I comes under NOC2281 - Network Admin.

So whom should i contact for the ECA validation and what is the procedure. Whether university needs to send the details to the concerned body directly or can we do it?

NOC has nothing to do with ECA evaluation. Please check the cic website to see what institutions do ECA and then go to their website to learn about the procedure

One more QQ.I am post graduate.Is it required to do ECA for my graduation( Bachelors degree) & secondary schooling along with my MSc degree marksheet to get CRS score.

Better just send bachelor and Masters. But i'mnot sure as for some countries high school diplomas were required

You need to contact the evaluating agency (WES, UToronto, ICAS). They will tell you what they need to evaluate your specific degree. Different countries have different requirements - in some, the agency will ask for your bachelors and high school transcripts, in others your masters will be sufficient.

CIC just needs your highest degree, so you only need an ECA for your masters (in most cases). However, if WES (for e.g) refuses to evaluate your masters without your bachelors and high school transcripts, you'll have to provide those to get an ECA for the masters.
