Need to get my ECA done

Hi,

I would like to get my ECA done for my graduation B.com Delhi University. I got my transcripts from the University. I want to get my ECA done on my own without the help of a consultant.

I know I have to mail my transcripts (sealed cover) to WES with their reference number mentioned on it.
Do I also have to send the copy of graduation certificate? If yes, do I send the transcripts separately and degree certificate separately? If I send the degree certificate separately, it would not have the University seal or do I send my degree certificate in one big envelope and then in the same envelope fit in my sealed transcripts and then mail it?

Any help is appreciated.

I dont think the cert is required as long as your transcript mentions u are award the degree. Your studies full time part time and on site at campus shld be mentioned.

I am doing mine at wes they got the fastest processing time if i am not mistaken.

Which ever eca service u decide to use read their instructions and email them and ask anything or doubts u have.

So have you already started with WES if yes, how did you mailed the transcript. Step by Step details would be appreciated. I just dont want to waste my time by sending incomplete info. If I would have hired a consultant, they would have done it for me, however I am doing my ECA on my own.. so any information is good.

Well i checked with wes and if your are thinking of deviating from any steps mentioned online shld email them and clarify.

So my wife and i mailed our high sch results and tertiary results. In a single big envelope. Each were sealed and signed by individual institute.

Bcit if i m not wrong they charge 200 cad per transcript. While wes charges 200 for both i sent.

Well i checked with wes and if your are thinking of deviating from any steps mentioned online shld email them and clarify.

So my wife and i mailed our high sch results and tertiary results. In a single big envelope. Each were sealed and signed by individual institute.

Since you have your sealed transcript with you, place it in an envelope and address it to WES, i.e your ref number and WES Canada address. Put your Certificate in another envelope, and address the envelope to WES using the same address format as above. Then put the two envelopes in one big envelope and address it to WES also. Seal it and take to courier. This way you won't have to courier the Transcript and Certificate separately. Just ensure that your envelopes have your ref. number and the right address.

To add on heard from my friend who used bcit that also need to send your cert not just the transcript.

Hello oboto,

While filing the online WES form, it asked me enter the senior school details too. I have entered those details and my graduation details as well and now when I proceed further it says "Required Documents Checklist. All documents listed below must be sent to WES for your evaluation report." and it asks for my secondary school certificate to be sent. Under the Senior school certificate examination, it says "If the body which conducted the examination gives you the document to send to WES, it must be attested, dated, and placed in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the examining body. If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document."

I am kind of confused now. Do I also send my senior school certificate or only the graduation certificate and transcripts? and mentioning about the senior school online is just for reference purposes only?

Please help
