Hi All,

I was recently told that those who get exact points in the draw are only eligible for PR. For example: if the score in the express entry draw comes out 427, the ones who have exactly 427 points will get invitation. So less than 427 points are of course not eligible however more than 427 are also not eligible....
this information makes sense because otherwise thousands of people will be eligible for migration.

Can someone share their inputs on this please?

That's incorrect.

If the draw score is 427, then anyone with 427 points or more is selected. Those with fewer than 427 are not selected.
