Oct Waiting for AOR

Delivered on Oct 13 and still no AOR. Heard many even delivered later already got AOR. Anyone with the same situation? Thanks.

Check the Tracker, there are 7 people out of over 300. I wouldn't call that many. It's 2%.

applicant's location shouldn't matter for AOR atleast. All are screened in Sydney. Must be a coincidence, good one at that.

My friend's was delivered at the same time as mine but he got AOR yesterday. We are in Ontario.

I am really curious to understand, why some applicants move faster then other,
