can a refugee withdraw her case if the suitation in the home country has change bear in mind she crossed frm usa border , can she still apply to usa for visit usa or get a visa frm home country ? Can she still visit canada ? Pls discuss thank you

If you applied for asylum in Canada you will have difficulty getting a visa in the future unless it is a family sponsorship. The assumption will be that you intend to apply for asylum again.

Expect that you will never be able to enter the USA or Canada again, at least for the foreseeable future. You will also find getting visas to other countries very difficult if they ask about asylum claims on their visa apps and/or share information with Canada/USA.
