I have paid my college fees for st clair college,windsor about 3 week ago but havent paid gic yet as our loan process is taking too much time. All the other things are ready except gic.Loan will be credited in about 3-4 days. Please tell me what is the last date for filing the visa. Also let me know is there any risk factor as i am late for filing visa.

normally its recommended to apply atleast one month before ur college start date so assuming u r going for Jan intake I would say try to apply before Dec 1st. Again it also depends on which country ur from. Processing times vary by country so without know complete details from u difficult to say

In the website of the embassy, mentioned that it is better to apply 6 months ahead! I totally recommend you to not apply based on the processing time tool; it is not actual.
