3 degrees but have transcripts of 2.

Hi.
I currently have 1 post graduation and 2 graduation degrees. I've the transcripts of 1 graduation and 1 post graduation at the moment while the other graduation transcript is taking alot of time.
Can I send the 2 transcripts to IQAS/WES(while applying for all 3 evaluations) and later send the 3rd one once I receive the transcripts for same?

if the third diploma doesn't get you extra points and you have more than 430 points already, there's no point in sending it. it's bachelor, two or more and masters. so if the third diploma isn't a masters or doesn't bring added value then don't bother. list it later in personal history.

I'm not sure if my post graduation will be considered as a post graduation in Canada. Instead there's a big change of it to be considered as an additional graduation that too if I submit for ECA to IQAS. I'm instead planning to send it to WES who are swift with their operations and thus waiting for my second graduation transcripts.

i suggest waiting is good option...though its ur choice ...
