Academic Request Form Filled , sealed and submitted without WES number.

Dear All,

My University, Annamalai University, has filled the WES form, Sealed it and then put it in sealed cover along with other required documents, like sealed and signed Mark sheets and degree certificate. But Problem is that WES number in Academic Request Form is missing.
Can I just mention the WES number on Envelope and submit the same?
Will it be enough or any other activity is required?
Please suggest.

the request form isn't a requirement, it's just to facilitate your university's job. just mke sure to write the reference number ON the envelope before sending. good lck!
