Hi I m new here.
Application received: May 16,2016
Bg in process : september 20,2017
I am so frustrated. planned to go to india in Dec. Even bought a ticket. no dm no ppr yet. Temporary resident visa also expired. Now i am applying to renew it because i have no hopes of ppr. Anybody knows how many days to get a new temporary visa on passport.

You and me have 1 day difference on application...

Mine was received on 17th May, 2016 and Background check changed into process on 21st sept.

Keep posted if you hear anything.

Hey Don't worry it will finalize in Sydney.
My application received on May 09 2016 and background check in progress since sept 15 2017.
When i called CIC about 10 days ago, rep told me that you will only get passport request from Ottawa and everything else will ended up in sydney. Sydney officers make decision on applications and they authorize Ottawa for passport request. That what they told me.

Hey guys I am new here, Can any of you help me out with my GCM notes and does PACE means all Eligibility,Security and Background is passed too ? as online status my BG is in process.
File Sent: 4th April 16
AOR: 10th May 16
RPRF: 23th Oct 16
Medical Request:4th April 17
Medical accepted: 27th April 17
BG in Process since: July 2017

On GCM notes it shows PACE on August 13 2017
Primary Office: Centralized Intake Office
Secondary office: CPC-Ottawa
App Status Reason: In Progress
Group Name: PNP PACE 7 13 Aug 2017
.........but in ECAS last status is Medical is accepted.
